NEW ALBUM ON THE WAY.
I’ve finished writing an album and I’ve decided to release it one song at a time. Sadly I had this idea having already released the first one so we’re kind of starting from track 2 and just agreeing not to mention it. Cool?
For the record, Born For Rainy Weather was track 1 and I’ve updated the artwork appropriately (shhhhhh).
Anyway, I hope you enjoy them.
Both my EPs are now up on Spotify. Huzzah!
Have a listen. Maybe stick one on a playlist.
I was keen to get a decent recording of Opposite Side so I borrowed a mic and had a go myself.
Have a listen here.
The brand new No End EP is now available to download on Bandcamp.
CD copies will be available at the launch gig in Auntie Annie’s on the 23rd of March, and thereafter til they’re all gone.
I wrote a song about all this flag palaver in Belfast. I don’t usually write about that kind of think but, anyway….here it is.
It’s been a while since I tried to get a new project going. As a good friend of mine once said, “The wheels turn very slowly.”
I’m currently demoing and trying to get a few gigs under my belt.
Starting with ‘Folk Off’ at the Menagerie on the 9th of September.
Thanks again to everyone who made it down to the show in the Pavilion. It was great to get playing the tunes in a nice quiet environment to a listening crowd.
Big love also to Phil d’Alton (from Master and Dog but also from Naas) for playing a bit of piano for me.
See you next time.
